Clarion Gaming has announced the appointment of Reid Holland as Global Portfolio Director for Clarion Gaming Digital, marking a key milestone in the company’s strategy to accelerate growth through an audience-first, insight-driven approach.

This strategic hire supports Clarion Gaming’s vision to evolve its digital portfolio — which includes iGB, GGB, iGB Affiliate, and iGB Executive — into a high-growth ecosystem that delivers powerful marketing solutions, data intelligence, and community engagement for global gaming professionals.

Holland’s appointment follows sustained investment in Clarion Gaming’s digital transformation, bringing new momentum and leadership to an expanding global platform.

Experienced Digital Leader Joins to Drive Transformation

Holland brings more than 20 years of experience driving transformation and commercial growth in some of the world’s leading media organizations. As Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Hearst Europe, he led the company’s customer-first digital transformation — redefining brand strategy, audience engagement, and monetization, while launching a market-leading subscriptions and membership business that served over one million customers.

More recently, Holland has advised major brands including The Telegraph, Saga, and CDS Global on digital strategy and audience monetization, further strengthening his expertise in data-led growth and digital ecosystem development.

Driving Value, Data, and Community Across the Digital Portfolio

In his new role at Clarion Gaming, Holland will focus on unlocking value across the company’s digital assets, enhancing the end-to-end audience journey — from reach and engagement to community and membership. He will also deliver data-driven, outcome-focused marketing solutions that generate measurable impact for Clarion’s commercial partners.
